New grade having the good point of gold and silver
This new product makes the production control wider than the copper bonding wire and the price of it is cheaper than the gold one, as it is made by coating palladium on a copper bonding wire. We have to make more effort to improve the production cost for the future application, although it has been increasing application in overseas.
